The space The villa is spread over two levels and offers three exclusive outdoor spaces: a private entrance, a garden with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and a panoramic terrace on the first floor with sea views. Access is via a private gate, which leads to an outdoor lounge area surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, ideal for relaxing from the moment you step out. Inside, the open-plan living area welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, a 40" Smart TV, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula. Large windows connect the living area directly to the garden, where a covered veranda houses a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, for moments of complete privacy. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double and one with two single beds, served by a full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom, a separate double bedroom, is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. Equipped with a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and bidet, it also has a covered outdoor shower. Completing the floor is an exclusive outdoor area with a stunning sea view.
