This newly built townhouse with modern comforts is perfectly situated on Lydiard Street North, close to everything Ballarat has to offer. The house is a quick 2min drive or a flat 25min walk from the vibrant Ballarat city center with its charming cafes, bars, art gallery, and boutique shopping. It is also just a 5-10min drive from Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Farmers Market, Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park and multiple supermarkets. Midland Golf Club is just a 3 min drive from the town house The space Downstairs: The open plan living and dining area features a cosy lounge and tv area, modern kitchen with kitchen island bench, dining table and a sliding door opening onto a small private courtyard and lawn area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, including pots, pans, and some basic cooking ingredients (olive oil, salt, pepper). Some basic breakfast supplies are also provided to get you started. Upstairs: The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfortable Koala mattress, roller blinds to keep out light, and a convenient ensuite. All linen is provided. There is also a separate room with remote working facilities if you need to get any work done while you're here (*only with prior arrangements with us) If you have additional guests please contact us in Airbnb App, we will accommodate up to 2 extra guests with additional fees. Heating/Air Conditioning: There are two split system units (one upstairs, one downstairs) and double glazed windows to keep you comfortable in Ballarat's quirky seasons.
