Located in a quiet and privileged place, our space is surrounded by a variety of amenities. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, supermarkets and banks are within easy reach. (3 people would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor) There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the upper part, where there are two bunk beds in each unit. Downstairs we have four more bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with two bunk beds in each and one bedroom with a trundle with a double bed and an extra bed accommodating 5 guests, all with private bathrooms in front of the bedrooms. All rooms have new, tall and wide (90 cm) mattresses with d33 foam and super modern and quiet ceiling fans, these fans have remote control and have a function that varies the wind speed imitating nature itself. All bedrooms have a single wardrobe with a mirror, plus a retractable table with two chairs. Relax in our living area with a comfortable sofa and a 60-inch TV. With a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Other things to note We have a large parking lot to accommodate several cars, which is half a block away from the property.
