Four bedrooms can be found on the entrance level along with the main lounge room, bathroom and toilet. The main lounge area can fit a large group comfortably and comes with NetFlix and air-conditioning. The lower floor holds a small lounge area, hidden laundry, two desks and large main bedroom with stylish ensuite. Walk out the door to discover a Balinese inspired back garden and stunning covered patio area with outdoor furniture and BBQ. On the upper level you will find a very spacious, well-equipped kitchen/dining and third lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that love to cook featuring Smeg oven with gas cooktop, appliances, pod coffee machine etc Open up the large, screened sliding doors from the deck to enjoy open-plan living at its best! The deck is equipped with a 14-seater table and a double sun lounge. This space is perfect for outdoor entertaining!
