Inside, you’ll discover an open-concept living space with plenty of natural light that cascades through the large windows with a chef-inspired kitchen. The lower level boasts a movie-style room with enough space for everyone to gather together and is the ultimate hang-out location if the weather keeps you indoors. The main spaces of the lakeside treasure: - The main-level sitting room features comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted 75” Smart TV, DVD player, and a gas fireplace. This area has two stories of windows that allow you to connect with the surrounding nature. - The lower-level sitting area features cozy sofa seating, a 10 ft projector screen, a DVD player, a speaker system, plus a foosball, ping pong table, and air hockey tables. A big bonus is that there’s an island with a sink and bar stools where you can mix up some beverages and snacks. - A magazine-worthy, modern kitchen that’s integrated with new appliances plus a Nespresso coffee maker, a drip coffee machine, an extra large fridge & freezer, an additional fridge/freezer in the pantry, and a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. The kitchen area also features an island with 5 stools. Additional Highlights: Unlimited Wi-Fi with the ability to stream. Central air conditioner and a forced air propane furnace. The water source is the lake; it’s UV filtered and suitable for cooking/drinking. An Apple TV and satellite. Good cell phone reception. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. No part of this home is shared. Other things to note Winter tires and/or 4-wheel drive are recommended during the winter months. For the outdoor fire pit, you’ll need to bring wood as wood is not provided. - Bring your own beach towels. - All other towels and linens provided - Guests must climb stairs - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Pets upon owner approval - Daily housekeeping is NOT included - Any motorized boats, ATVs, or other are not included in the rental. Their use is prohibited. - No smoking (tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted. - Illegal activity is prohibited and won't be tolerated. - No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay. - Please avoid moving furniture.
