Welcome to our four season cozy cottage with lakeview. Located only 25 minutes from downtown, Kingston, Ontario. Our property is right next to Sydenham Lake, with waterfront access. Perfect for weekend getaway, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring around South Frontenac and Kingston. The space This cottage has plenty of sleeping and entertainment space that can accommodate 8 adults. There are a total of 3 floors, each has its own functionality. 1. Main Floor is for eatery and entertainment 2. Second Floor is for sleep 3. Basement is for laundry and games (Air hockey and Pool table available) We also have a Large balcony for BBQ events > Feel free to use our Propane BBQ Grill located on the balcony, just make sure to clean it after use *****do not leave any foods outside to prevent animals digging in**** DOCK > Amazing spot for fishing and to relax with an amazing scenery of Sydenham lake > For regulation purpose, please have a fishing license before fishing in our dock > Please note, if you do go swimming, fishing, or participate in any water activities with the equipment provided, it will be your own discretion and risk. Life jackets are available at the storage room close to the dock. > Canoe and Kayaks Note: There is a noise restriction around this neighborhood due to nearby horse. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note Alert: Please notify the host if you have more than 8 Guests staying. In the event when caught having more than 8 Guests, incident will be reported to Airbnb and your account might get suspended. Note: Bring your own water or use the kettle to boil water before drinking ------------------------------------------------- The Kitchen is fully equipped with the following items: > A wok, pan and pots > Keurig Coffee Maker > Kettle > Microwave, Fridge, Stove/Oven > Essential cutlery, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, can opener, wine corkscrew > Dinnerware, mugs > Cooking oil, salt, pepper and any other spices/cooking ingredients found, you are more than welcome to use!
