This spacious retreat is perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while the bunk room provides a cozy space with large bunk beds. Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch and end your day grilling on the oversized back patio. Nestled in the heart of the village, this peaceful cottage is the perfect island escape. Guest access The entire home, including the porch and yard, is yours to enjoy! Located in one of the best spots on the island, you’ll have easy access to incredible fishing—right across the street! Other things to note Pets: no cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $100 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. We do not accept cats . Please let us know if you're bringing your furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee. The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their pets. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty.
