48 - "Joscha" Chalet Bungalow

Your dog is welcome for a cleaning fee of €40. Our cleaning costs of €209 already include bed linen, towels, bathrobes and various consumables such as sauna fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tabs, etc. The space Exclusive, tastefully furnished wooden chalet in a nature-connected location in the middle of the Eifel. As soon as you enter the accessible bungalow chalet, you will feel the unique indoor climate of our sustainable wooden houses. Massive polar woods, large windows as well as the special room height convey the feeling of being in the middle of nature and help you just let go and relax! The 125 m² bungalow chalet "Joscha" offers 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a longer stay for up to 4 people. One bedroom can be prepared either with 1 double bed or 2 twin beds. Additionally we offer a crib and high chair. Just give us a quick note about this. We didn't finish the chalet until the end of 2022 and furnished it modern, stylishly and comfortably. Each chalet has its own sauna, freestanding bathtub, and private fitness area. Sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom and fitness area are fully equipped and of the highest quality. Guest access The chalet can be opened via Smart Lock. There is a keypad on our front door. 24 hours before the stay, you will receive a personalized code by email. With this access data, you can enter the chalet at any time during your stay. Each chalet has two private parking spaces with a private wallbox for electric cars. Your car is charged directly via the wallbox at the house. We record your charge via consumption during your stay. The price is 50 ct/kWh. Please let us know your email address for the invoice before arrival. Other things to note There are lots of nice hiking and cycling trails in the Eifel. We recommend the "Komoot" app. There you will find a variety of predefined and individual hiking routes. From Oberbettingen and Gerolstein, you are well connected to Germany by train. Shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity!
