Please treat the home and grounds with respect. -There is a fire extinguisher located under the sink in the kitchen. - For guests safety you are not allowed to have more people at the house than originally agreed upon your reservation. If you have to invite additional guests, you must receive a written approval from us. - We offer certain supplies and conveniences for your stay. However, guests are generally expected to provide their own, and we do not refill the supplies during your stay. Items we include are - Coffee, Cream, Sugar Packets, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap, Bed Linens, Pillows, Bath Towels, Trash Bags -A cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay! -IMPORTANT: Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. -There is no smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or drunken behavior allowed on the property, or in the home. Per AirBNB policy, if you or your guests smoke on or in the property, there's up to a $500 fine for this violation. -Pets are never allowed in the home unless approved by the homeowner and in writing. The owner lives on premises, and owns a small dog. The property is not currently fenced. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras that record 24/7. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested with an additional charge of that is to be paid prior to gaining access to the property. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. — IMPORTANT: you must read and agree to all house rules, YOU MUST SEND A REPLY THROUGH THE AIR BNB APP TO MYSELF AFTER BOOKING AGREEING TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS PRIOR TO RECEIVING ACCESS TO THE HOME.
