This cottage is newly constructed, 2019, in the fastest growing area of Winter Park and Fraser, Grand Park. Grand Park hosts the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, and disc golf in the summer and groomed cross country ski trails in the wintertime. The Grand Elk neighborhood is located close to restaurants and bars in the Town of Fraser, a short half-mile walk to the Fraser Valley Center with dining options. The space The home is a mountain home design with all the comforts of modern technology, with Smart TV’s located in the living room and master suite of the home, and a keypad lock for easy access and a smooth check-in, with exterior security cameras. The home is beautifully decorated with mountain country furniture and art. The main level of the home has an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas burner stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal at this new home. The dining area seats 8 at the table and the breakfast island seats 4. The living area has comfy seating and a 55” flat-screen Smart TV. Just off the living area, you’ll find the patio where the hot tub is located. You’ll also find an outdoor cooking area with the natural gas BBQ grill and private hot tub. Also located on the main level of this home you’ll find the primary suite with a king-size bed and a 50” Smart TV. The Smart TV’s are enabled with YouTube TV, which works just like cable, satellite TV, with local channels, sports channels, weather and news. The upstairs loft has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and the guest suite. The guest suite is furnished with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom. You’ll be able to park four compact cars in the driveway, NO parking in the garage. This heated garage is a game room with comfortable seating, 55” Smart TV, and a ping pong table. On-street parking is NOT allowed, a max of 4 compact cars only. This Winter Park area mountain home is perfect for a large family or two families traveling together for a summer or winter ski vacation. This is a family neighborhood, we want our guests to know that this is not an appropriate home for large groups or parties of any kind. Quiet hours are part of the rules that you agree to when staying at this home. Just a few steps outside the Great Room you can enjoy amazing views of the Continental Divide while soaking in the private hot tub after a fun day enjoying the beautiful great outdoors! This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home. A train runs through the towns of Winter Park and Fraser and can be heard from this home as well as most homes in the area. Other things to note Visit Winter Park Lodging is locally owned and operated. We live in the community full time and enjoy playing and working in our wonderful mountain community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
