Lux 1BR w/Pool+Sauna+Gym+Parking

This is a 1+1 in a luxury residence w/ indoor & outdoor pool + hot tub, basketball, gym, jacuzzi & sauna. A short walk away from restaurants, cafes, shops, subway & metrobus, both flats come w/ a stove, oven, dishwasher, nespresso machine, kettle, iron & vacuum. Living rooms have custom-made modular sofas that are as wide as a single bed on both directions with all pillows removed. PS: the flat does not have a washer/dryer! The space The flat is located in a two-block building complex with indoor and outdoor free private parking and 4 elevators. The common area which includes a meeting room, a sauna, an indoor pool with a hot tub, an outdoor pool available seasonally, a gym and a basketball court is shared between the two blocks and is usually pretty empty. The flat itself is a 1BR with a balcony with a city view. The amenities include central A/C & heat, WIFI, kitchen utensils, silverware, oven , stove, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, toaster, smart TV and ceiling-high windows. Other things to note Check-out is @11am and check-in is @4pm. Early check-in and late check-outs can be provided for free based on availability. Any requests for late check-outs or early check-ins should be discussed at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs that are not discussed are subject to a 25USD fine for the first hour and an additional 25USD for each extra hour since cleaning will have to wait for your departure. Both living rooms have the same couch which has a sleeping area of 90x200 on both sides when all pillows are removed and the entire couch is modular so the modules can form a square for a 180x200 sleeping area —larger than a double bed. If two single beds are preferred, a 1 person air mattress with an additional cover can be provided for an additional cost of 25USD per stay. Please keep the apartments clean. The provided ashtrays are for outdoor smoking only. An extra sum of 50USD will be charged if indoor smoking is detected. Events are strictly prohibited. If any of the items given for access (key, card, garage access tool etc.) are lost, a fine of 50USD will be charged for each item. Airport transfer & general transfer & additional cleaning services can be provided during your stay for additional cost. IMPORTANT: Due to the regulations of the country, all guests have to provide valid Passport IDs that will be reported to authorities according to legislation 1774 of 26/06/73. By accepting the reservation, you agree to provide this information before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be given until you provide the documents. If we suspect that any of the rules stated above will not be followed, we reserve the right to cancel.
