Enjoy your private setting with a fire pit in the shared fenced in backyard, billiards table, arcade machine, board games and more! This is just 20 mins from Marquette, 45 mins from pictured rocks, and 4 blocks from ATV / snowmobile trails. The space Featuring 3 bedrooms / 5 beds total; upgraded king size bed in the master bedroom & personal half bathroom with a bidet toilet. Queen size beds in the other two rooms. One full bathroom with tub/shower. kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and cooking utensils with the necessities. Billiards table, board games, hammock, fire pit, and a ton of books and DVDS!. Fast Wifi. We have a fenced in 6' privacy fence and a picnic table, fire pit, and swing set in the SHARED backyard. This is a duplex meaning it is one building, two separate housing units. Both sides are AirBNBs. The only shared space is the back yard. We are walking distance to snowmobile/ATV and hiking trails and less than a mile from little trout lake with beach and fishing access. The 4th bedroom is a trundle bed in the basement - so it has two twin size beds on it plus we have an air mattress. Guest access Guests have access to everything. during the winter we store things in the garage -so during winter there is little access to the garage / backyard / firepit. If you need to smoke cigarettes, marijuana, or vapes of any kind, please do so in the front porch area, back yard or in the garage - absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. Edibles, of course, are fine to consume in the home. Other things to note we provide all the necessities, if anything is missing please let us know!
