Kitchen equipped and ready to cook and have coffee. Terrace with dining room. Located in the heart of San Carlos. It is located in the Caracol Turístico, an unpaved residential area. The road to get there is unpaved and gravel. The space Pets welcome! We kindly ask you to take care that your pets do not cross to the adjacent terrace, as they are connected. The apartment is on the first floor from the back street and in front it is on the second floor. It is NOT in front of the pool, you have to go down some stairs to get to it. The pool has a triangular shape measuring 520x580x786 cm. It has 1 covered parking space. If guests bring more than 1 car, they can park by blocking their parking space. To access the beach, you have to cross the street and walk about 10 meters to some stairs that take you to the DUO Marinaterra beach. It is a rocky sand beach with a very calm tide, excellent for kayaking, swimming and picnics. We provide beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the beach to the fullest. Guest access Guests can use the apartment, its private terrace, pool, and barbecue area. In front of the pool there is a terrace that belongs to another apartment so it is not allowed to use it or its furniture. Parking on that side is also not allowed. Other things to note The apartment has everything you need to enjoy the beach: extra large towels, beach chairs, umbrella. If guests need more towels, we gladly provide them upon request. There is also the option to add the cleaning service at an extra cost. We have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap.
