Eco-friendly condo from solar panels, bamboo hardwood floors to heat/ac split units for temperature control. Close to all the gorge has to offer; biking, hiking, wine sipping, river fun and snow activities. We are very close to train and highway, noise is heard from living room, but very limited from bedroom. The space Sound mitigating glazing is provided at all windows on the view riverside which is also exposed to the highway and close proximity to train. Features a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for convenience. High-speed WiFi. Large oversized couch for reading, relaxing or binge watching. Guest access Personalized keypad access for each guest. Other things to note We have a 2 guests (adults only) maximum. Our condo does not allow kiddos without a pre approval. Our HOA will not approve any pets for rentals, including Airbnbs. There is a $25 fee (+shipping costs) for shipping any left behind items.
