PARKING (2 Spots): The driveway is shared with guests in the back Cottage/Guest House. Only two tandem spots are provided on the RIGHT-most side of the driveway (looking at the house from the street). Both spots are directly in front of the white driveway gate marked “1122.” ADDITIONAL PARKING: can be found on the street in front of the house. For overnight parking, a $3.00(ish) permit is required to purchase through a mobile phone app. On street, overnight parking permits can be purchased through the PASSPORT PARKING APP. Use ZONE CODE 6295 for overnight parking. Other things to note 2025 PASADENA WILDFIRE INFORMATION: Our neighborhood of Washington Square Park was fortunately untouched by the wildfires the occurred in early 2025 and is back to the way it was pre-fire. I have ensured that all interior areas have been cleaned of any smoke and ash and industrial purifiers were use to ensure a clean air environment for guests. This property also has a separate, detached cottage that is available for rent. Guests staying in the cottage share 1 space in the driveway and have their own, private patio area directly behind their unit. The backyard is only included for those renting the House so cottage renters do no have access to it.
