The property is part of a duplex, sharing just a wall with a separate studio unit, ensuring complete privacy for your stay. The entire backyard pool area is for your unit's use only. *If you are interested in booking the studio as well, you can send me a message or click on my profile and you will see the other listing* Upon entering, you're greeted by a fully equipped kitchen and open living room area with a large West Elm comfy couch. There are two desks and an additional fold-out desk in the guest bedroom closet for focus and work. There is a large computer monitor in the master bedroom for your use as well. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and French doors leading directly to the pool and patio area. The guest bedroom is equally inviting with a queen bed and large closet. You have access to a private, fully-fenced pool area complete with pool floats, noodles, and squirt guns for sun-soaked fun. A gas fireplace sits under a cozy pergola, the perfect spot for evening relaxation. An outdoor swing bed and a shower add a touch of luxury, making your beach retreat unforgettable. Blackout shades in the bedrooms ensure a restful sleep, preparing you for another day in beautiful Stuart, Florida. You are mere minutes away from downtown Stuart and Stuart public beach. Welcome to your beach life at our Beach Boho Bungalow, your tranquil oasis. Guest access You have access to all of unit 1 and the fenced-in backyard area including the pool and all the mentioned amenities. You also have full access to the half-moon driveway attached to your unit. You will not have access to the rectangle driveway on the dirt road or access to unit 2. There is a photo in the listing showing the different unit areas if you are interested. Other things to note Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If you are hanging out on the patio, please be respectful when quiet hours begin (10pm). Thank you!! Pool information: - Pool is heated during winter months - Swim at your own risk - No glass in or around the pool - Most of the pool is very shallow and then slopes down into the deep end - NO DIVING The big trash bins are shared with the other unit and located in the other unit's driveway. If you need to use the big trash bins outside, you are welcome to walk across the lawn and use them or pull them to the curb. The other unit is informed that these are shared and located on their side. We have 5 outdoor security cameras which we use to keep an eye on the landscaping and pool services while we are out of town. Feel free to cover the cameras during your stay if you would like privacy, but please remember to uncover them when you leave. There is an additional walk-in closet connected to the main master walk-in closet. This additional walk-in closet will be locked and is used as our owner's closet. You will still have full use of the main walk-in closet. The guest room also has a closet. The other duplex unit has a small bathroom window that faces the pool area but it is frosted glass on the inside and outside so they cannot see out into the pool area. All TVs are smart TVs on guest mode. When you turn the tv on, choose your check out date and then sign into any apps with your own log in info. We do not provide membership access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. This is a newly remodeled home with all new furniture. Please treat the space with respect :)
