Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. Ideal place for a nice getaway or relaxation after a long week. The room is on the ground floor of a house and all other bedrooms are on the upper floor. Therefore, everyone has enough privacy. A large kitchen and bathroom are available on the ground floor. Guest access Washing machine and dryer may be operated by guests a maximum of once a week by arrangement. During your stay I am almost always available... Other things to note Washing machine and dryer may be operated by guests for a fee max. 1 times per week by arrangement. When sharing the kitchen, please close the door so that the other roommates/guests are not disturbed. The guest has their own shower in the bathroom. Please ventilate the room regularly and make sure that the fly screen remains closed. This is a non-smoking room. There are certain smoking areas in the garden. Please do not smoke right outside the door or under the window. When leaving the house, please close the window.
