The picturesque former fisherman's town of Sivota offers some of the islands finest restaurants. The space On the ground floor there is an open U-shaped kitchen and bar. The garden doors next to the bar area open up to a terrace overlooking the ocean. Next to the kitchen is a big wooden dining table for 6 people. Located at the back of the ground floor is one of three bedrooms. This room offers an attached shower and wash area. There is also a separate toilet on this floor with a washing machine for laundry. On the second floor your will find the living room with a big lounge sofa and two cosy chairs in front of the fire place. There are two doors opening up to the spacious shaded balcony, with comfortable seats where you can enjoy the spectacular view. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The floor offers two modern bedrooms both with a private balcony. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, the other one has a double bed. A foldable cot for little kids is available. The ground floor and second floor offer easy access to the mediterranean style garden. The terraced garden offers dreamy views of the Ionian Sea and its islands. Here you will find a BBQ dining area, a private infinity pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. All you need to relax to the max. The villa caters up to a maximum of 6 people.
