The space Entire living area is on one floor. 20' sliding doors open to create incredible indoor/outdoor living space. 18' vaulted ceilings with open concept. Well appointed kitchen with coffee bar, wet bar, mini fridge, and gigantic granite island that seats 6. Quaint living room seating area featuring electric fireplace that converts into queen murphy bed. Outdoor area has dining table for 6 with Weber grill, comfy lounging area, swing and optional fire table. Amazing pool has built in benches, baja sun deck with chairs and automated jets/bubblers/light show controlled from ipad. Master suite features large two vanity bathroom, separate toilet room, laundry, and outdoor shower. You'll see sunrises and moonrises from the master bed which overlooks the pool and ocean. Guest suite includes full bathroom with large walk in shower. All with breathtaking down island views of Hull Bay, Magens Bay as well as many US and British Virgin Islands. As a bonus, sunsets and a second ocean view can be seen from the front porch! Head to nearby beaches with our backpack cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. Other things to note This is a newly built home, so there are ongoing projects that we are working on that will not affect your stay. For example, inside of closets, stone work in outdoor shower and front porch, some landscaping and expansion on the lower level. Please do not let this deter you...work will not be done during your stay and most of the things you won't even notice. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please review our cancellation policy carefully. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help cover any unexpected circumstances, especially during hurricane season. Please know that during hurricane season, it may be necessary to start putting up shutters as the storm is approaching. PROVISIONS: Please let us know if you'd like recommendations on grocery shopping/delivery. We provide cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, bath towels, linens and paper products. WIFI: Feel free to enjoy our Wifi. Please note, we do not have a TV. ISLAND LIFE: This is island life, so please be careful to preserve water and electricity...they are a precious commodity! At times, the island does experience power outages, but be assured, our whole home generator will automatically start up. Also, being in this private tropical area, you will see/hear the wonderful wildlife that lives around us (frogs, birds, lizards) DRIVE: 10-15 minute drive to town and beaches...the roads are winding and there's an elevation change (nothing too steep) to get to property; however, the views are worth it! Best to rent a vehicle, although taxi service is available.
