Thoughtful touches, flexible space & a fully private layout make it the perfect base to explore Colorado Springs in comfort—& return to pure relaxation. 🏡 Private Stay, Flexible Space When you book, the entire home is yours - It's fully private, always. 🛌 Your Space Includes: Primary Bedroom (The Bungalow): New queen bed, roomy closet, luggage racks, bedside tables, dresser, and smart TV for a cozy, functional stay. LIVING SPACE: Open-concept with sofa, dining table, bar area, smart TV + surround sound, and a fully stocked kitchen—great for lounging or light entertaining. COOLING SETUP: 2 portable AC units (1 set up in the living area, 1 stored in the bedroom closet with full setup kit) - Seasonal Air coolers + built-in oscillating fans in both bedrooms for comfort on warm days 🌿 Outdoor Perks: Relax on the patio with comfy seating and soak in the private hot tub under the Colorado sky. 🐾 Pampered Pup Approved: Your furry friend will love the freedom door connecting the house to the fully fenced yard. We’ve even included a boujee doggy crate so they can lounge in comfort and style. 📍 Close to It All: Restaurants, markets, and top attractions are just minutes away. Dining: Local cafes, breweries, and eats within a 5–10 minute drive Groceries: Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and King Soopers all nearby 🐕‍🦺 A Note About Jack: If you’ve seen reviews mentioning Jack, my sweet Whippador and longtime cohost—he’s now retired and off living his best life chasing rivers, trails, and waves. For parties of 2, please contact the host if you are in need of the second bedroom during your stay. There is a discounted cleaning fee for the second bedroom. Please remember, booking on behalf of someone else is not permitted. It’s nothing personal—just part of making sure everyone has a great experience. Guest access Guest Access You’ll have full access to your reserved bedroom(s), bathroom, kitchen, living room, backyard, patio, and spa—plenty of space to spread out and unwind. Private Areas While I won’t be onsite during your stay, any rooms not included in your booking (as well as the garage) will remain locked and are not available for guest access. Other things to note 🧼🌿 Weekly Maintenance To keep everything fresh and sparkling: • 🛁 Hot tub service is on Mondays • 🌱 Yard care happens on Tuesdays The team will access the backyard via the garage to minimize any disruption—no need to change your plans or be home.
