This charming 1500-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. LIVING ROOM Plush, comfortable couch and large windows with abundant natural light. 43” Smart TV for movie nights. Dedicated desk and chair with high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 524 Mbps) for remote work. Chess set for a friendly challenge. KITCHEN & DINING Fully-equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beverage station featuring both a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine. Formal dining room with seating for eight under a gorgeous chandelier. BEDROOMS Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and a smart TV. Second Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional rollout full bed. All beds are fitted with comfortable, snuggly cotton linens. BATHROOM Full bathroom with a charming combination bathtub/shower. Essential toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towel warmer and fresh towels. OUTDOOR SPACE Private, fully fenced backyard sanctuary sheltered by lush trees. Private deck for morning coffee. Gas BBQ grill for evening meals. Large, bubbling hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire first-floor apartment. This includes the private, fenced backyard, deck, and hot tub. Check-in is seamless with a keyless entry keypad. (one for the main house + a second to access the first-floor apartment). Your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival. PARKING: On Street free parking is available on the street. We politely request that you do not block the driveway. FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n’ Play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s tableware. Please note that while we have made our condo child-friendly to the best of our ability, it is a regular apartment in most aspects and may not be entirely child-proof. PETS: We welcome well-behaved dogs. for an additional fee. Other things to note Neighborhood Activity: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood. Please be aware that some Church or Town celebrations may carry on into the evening, and sounds of music and festivities may drift over from the downtown area. Child Safety: While we have made our condo child-friendly and provide amenities, it is a regular apartment and may not be entirely child-proof. Constant adult supervision is recommended.
