Double Room with Small Terrace | Casa Cocolores
Description
This super cozy double room has everything you need: a queen size bed, a coffee station, enough storage space, a lounge chair, a workplace and an en-suite daylight bathroom with beautiful oriental tiles. Your private access via the east terrace awaits with a coffee table, including views of the volcanic mountain. In addition, shared areas are open to you. Guest access Our 5000 sqm property offers - a large parking lot - A shady garden (just full of butterflies) - Terraces around the house - A walk-in roof of the 200-year-old casa rustica, which is ideal for yoga sessions or a beer at sunset, including a view of the mountain illuminated by the sunset - however, the roof does not yet have a fence, so access is at your own risk. - A communal kitchen (for the double room residents) is accessible from the courtyard of the manor house - The courtyard is the heart of the property - two large palm trees rise in the middle from a round bed, rustic wooden pergolas frame the building inwardly and provide shade and protection from the wind of Fuerteventura, creating a meeting place that still has enough chill-out retreats such as a sofa, hammocks or tables - the pool and grill must be mentioned All these areas may and should be used jointly by all guests - we look forward to and wish you pleasant encounters =) Other things to note A bus stop is 2 minutes from the house, but we recommend a rental car to explore the island. For this, the casa cocolores is perfectly located - in the middle of the northern tip of the island, all the beaches of the north can be reached in about 15-20 minutes: So you can decide on a daily basis where the wind will take you for the best kite session, whether it should be the sunrise in the dunes or the sunset in the beach bar or on the secluded cliff. If you like, we'd love to share our island insider tips with you! A few good restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. A cheese factory in the neighborhood makes delicious local goat cheese. Otherwise, Villaverde has retained its village charm. On a walk, you will meet the donkeys of the neighbor. In the morning, you can hear (far away, promised ;) roosters crowing. The biggest attraction of the village is probably the two molinos, which can be seen from the Casa Cocolores against the setting sun. Our highlight is the large volcanic mountain opposite, which the sunset wraps in different colors every evening.
