Planning your next day’s travel? Our place is only 20 to 30 minutes from the airport via Sucat Skyway, and just 3 to 5 minutes from Sucat Exit and SLEX Sucat. To maximize your stay in the South, you may visit Molito Alabang, Festival Supermall Alabang, Alabang Town Center, Alabang Northgate Cyberzone, S&R, Uniqlo, Wilcon Depot, Alabang Westgate, and other nearby landmarks—only 10 to 15 minutes away from the property. The property is a 30-sqm studio-type condo unit with a balcony offering views of lush greenery and stunning sunsets. It provides a cool, serene ambiance that allows you to recharge and feel right at home. The space is fully equipped with essential amenities including 50Mbps Wi-Fi with landline, air conditioner, digital door lock, Ring doorbell, wall fan, water heater, 50” Samsung TV with Netflix, automatic washer and dryer, fridge, induction cooktop with range hood, kitchen and dining utensils, bathroom essentials, 4-seater dining table, outdoor chair, sofa, office desk and chair, blackout curtains, ample cabinets, pillows, and a king-size bed. For guest security and convenience, the Ring doorbell includes a security camera located at the unit’s front door. Swimming pool access must be scheduled in advance. Pool use is free for two guests. An additional fee of ₱100 per extra guest applies. Please note that the pool is closed every Monday and Friday for regular maintenance. 2. Paid parking slots are available within the premises. We recommend arriving early, as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once slots are full, guests may need to park outside the gate. Other things to note House Rules • No smoking inside the unit. A designated smoking area is available on the ground floor of the parking building. • No hanging of clothes on the balcony. Please use the washer, dryer, and indoor drying rack provided. • Please take care of the unit and its furnishings during your stay. • Any violations of building rules may result in penalty charges to be shouldered by the guest.
