Access to coin washer and dryer in basement. 4 blocks to the subway and under 30 min into Manhattan. The apartment is also close to many bars and restaurants. It is also roughly a 20 min walk to Prospect Park. It is on the second floor, so it is easily accessible. Guest access You will have the entire apartment and patio, as well as coin laundry in the basement. There is central air in the summer. However, my favorite part is that the deck stays in the shade until the early afternoon so it is a great place to sit and relax and do some work in the morning. Other things to note Due to the high cost of electricity, you will be charged separately for your electricity usage. The current cost for Con Edison is $0.50/kWh, with a delivery cost of $0.13/kWh.
