It is rated number 4 on the list of top best beaches in the United States!! Portofino has a beach for guests and a shuttle stops here to take you around the island (runs memorial Day through Labor Day) **Portofino resort has a one-time check-in fee of $75.00 and a $15/night Spring and $20 in Summer resort fee for resort amenities. Per family NOT per person. Guests are responsible for this upon check in to Portofino. It is not included with the AIRBNB price as it is collected by the resort. This is the same for all guests that stay on the property and not taken by me.** I have completely renovated with a new flooring, new lighting, new appliances, new furnishings and more! Huge walk in shower in the master bath and guest room shower is all new shower too. This beautiful condo will spoil you in luxury... and the VIEWS! It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. There are also 2 air mattresses. My unit accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably as that’s the limit. The amenities in the resort are endless!! There is an Adventure Park, a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the bay, tennis courts, heated pools etc.. I cannot name them all! Make a splash in one of the multiple infinity pools, or hot tubs. At the end of your day enjoy a massage in the European spa that will take your stress away. If fitness is your thing, we have a state of the art gym with classes available as well. Our clay tennis courts are perfect for those tennis fanatics! There is a resort concierge that can provide you with additional information on restaurants/bars and activities to help you explore and experience the Pensacola beach area and beyond. **Please note, my unit is NOT suitable for party groups and requires guests over the age of 25 check in. Any circumvention of these rules is cause for eviction** Be sure to stop by Portofino Al Fresco offering a variety of delicious cuisines to satisfy every palate. Grab a slice of pizza at Pizza Portofino. Sip on your favorite cocktail from the Cobalt Bar, grab Starbucks or a snack at The Market at Portofino, or opt for dine-in delivery and enjoy your meals in the comfort of your condo. Or you can have a cookout in your private balcony that has an electric grill!! Refunds are only given when we have evacuation orders and must leave the island for safety. Unfortunately the WEATHER CANNOT DICTATE REFUNDS unless it becomes life-threatening. Thank you for your understanding** Guest access Resort amenities are included in the nightly resort fee collected at check in by the resort except special trips such as jet skiing, dolphin watching etc. Those are booked via the onsite concierge. **Portofino resort has a one-time check-in fee of $75.00 and a $15/night Spring and $20 in Summer resort fee for resort amenities. Not me Other things to note Please keep in mind that the house is NOT child proofed, and you will need to make certain that you keep watch and do that as needed to ensure their safety and avoid property damages. We provide STARTER tp, soap, pt, trash bag, dish tab etc, but you are responsible for providing the rest for your stay. This is not a full time vacation rental and my personal items are still in some closets and cabinets.
