The space The Bat Cave @ Manhattan Parkway offers a relaxing studio-type space in the vibrant Araneta City, Cubao. Conveniently located beside Gateway Mall and Smart Araneta Coliseum, it’s perfect for travelers who want comfort, accessibility, and city convenience. The unit features a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette with refrigerator, utensils, and microwave, plus a smart TV with Netflix for entertainment. A private balcony lets guests enjoy city views right from their room. With easy access to malls, dining, transport hubs, and entertainment, The Bat Cave @ Manhattan Parkway offers a cozy, practical stay in the heart of Metro Manila. Guest access Guests may access the swimming pool, gym, jogging/walking path, and common areas. Please secure a facility pass from the Admin Office (2nd Floor), open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. If you check in during weekends or holidays, let us know in advance so we can issue an authorization letter for you to present to the security personnel on duty. Note: The swimming pool has a fee. Kindly check with the admin office for updated rates. It’s a self-help home, where you’ll have full privacy and freedom during your stay. We provide all the essentials, but please note there’s no daily housekeeping, room service, or concierge — think of it as your own comfy space in the city. Wi-Fi is complimentary, but since it depends on the local provider, connection can sometimes fluctuate — especially during rainy weather or peak hours.
