Please expect that aside from the house rules, there are rules and policies set by the condo admin for the purpose of safety and security of all unit owners. Access to common amenities is free of charge, given that guests are properly registered with the condo admin. Registration will be done by us and we will send you necessary access permits to amenities once you have booked. Guest access Guests can access the following free of charge, just ensure to get facility-pass at the admin office (Mon to Fri only, 8 am to 5 pm) on the 2nd floor. In case you check in during weekends and holidays, inform us and we will issue you authorization to be presented to the security personnel duty in the admin office: - Swimming pool - Gym - Jogging/walking path - Common areas Other things to note There is a pay parking within the condominium building.
