This full service RV gives you the comforts of home while you're right in the middle of a beautiful private property including a 5+ acre pond. Spend your time relaxing by the fire-pit, enjoy some smores & coffee, or enjoying the wildlife. There's something for everyone here! The space Our newly renovated camper overlooks a beautiful pond with lots of wildlife near. The cozy bedroom with windows make waking up an experience every morning, hearing the birds chirping. Every season you'll experience a beautiful scenery. The Bedroom has a queen size bed, closet storage, dresser and TV to help make your stay comfortable. The living area converts to sleeping area and can comfortably sleep up to 3, but also makes a wonderful workspace. Stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer our propane furnace and electric AC system all controlled conveniently with a wall thermostat in the bedroom as well as a portable unit in the kitchen/living area. Other amenities on board are a fridge and freezer, stand up shower and toilet/sink area. Fully stocked kitchen with propane stove, coffee maker and all the cookware you could possibly need. Fishing poles, extra blankets & pillows, grill, and more! The television is a Roku so if you have a hotspot or your own wifi you can connect & sign in if you’d like, otherwise we just have a dvd player at this time. We will leave a manual for you to look at incase if you have any questions about how to work appliances, ect. Guest access Relax on the deck during the warmer months. Enjoy the short walking trail to the pond located behind the caper to the right. Prior to your arrival please feel free to ask any questions about the property or directions. Other things to note The owner (Nancy) lives on the property in the main house and the camper is deeper into the property. We constantly have projects going on and are a busy family and will be in and out. We do have indoor dogs as well as a few that live outdoors in a fenced in area on the property. Aside from being overly excited about life they are good dogs. We just ask that you ask to see them or pet them and don't stick any finger inside the fence just for safety. The property contains an additional apartment in the barn that is rented out to family. While you have your own private camper and area around it, there may be other guests enjoying the large property during your stay also.
