Welcome to Kena's House! This spacious vacation home located in the Zona Centro de Parras blends Mexican modernism with the area's beautiful rustic landscape. Inside awaits 3 homely bedrooms, spacious open living room & bar, and a comfortable kitchen space with a large dining table. Outside, relax in the expansive private yard, grill out in the palapa before cooling off in the pool, or enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the refreshing poolside. Perfect for friend & family gatherings! The space Enter to a large private driveway can park up to 5 cars. The steps lead up to the front door that can only be opened with a key. The pool and palapa are located on the side of the house and can be accessed from the driveway and back terrace. House features: - 1 master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom - 2 rooms each containing 2 full size beds with full Jack-and-Jill bathroom - 1 half bathroom and 1 additional half bathroom in back terrace - full kitchen space - full living room & bar Guest access The whole house is accessible except the laundry room. Outside, all terraces, patio, palapa and pool are accessible. Use precaution if choosing to explore the backyard. The other house on the property is not accessible, and entering is prohibited. Other things to note Please no smoking in the house. No pets, only service animals allowed. Keep the front gate of the property closed at all times. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times when accessing the pool. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Do not remove pool cover during the offseason.
