Dream Apartment between Como Lake & Milano

Comfortable, bright and well-equipped apartment surrounded by greenery and sports facilities, ideally located between Lake Como, the center of Milan, Malpensa airport and the Milan Fair. Your country suite, where you can take refuge for a relaxing weekend. Excellent starting point for visiting Milan and the Great Lakes of Northern Italy, but also a perfect solution for business trips in Lombardy and Canton Ticino. The parking space, fenced and under video surveillance, is included in the price. The space The accommodation consists of a small kitchen, a dining area connected to the living room (where there is a double sofa bed), a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a bedroom with a round double bed, and a small bedroom with a 63-inch single bed, which can be replaced free of charge, upon request, with a 79-inch single bed; however, in this case, the space in the small bedroom becomes very limited. There is also a balcony overlooking the park and the swimming pool, and a small balcony overlooking the clubhouse of the sports facilities. There is a free reserved parking space in a fenced area with video surveillance. The apartment is on the third floor, with an elevator. The swimming pool (adult pool, children's pool, and indoor pool for the winter), as well as the tennis courts, the gym, and the sauna, are not our property, and therefore, you will need to pay for access if you wish to use them. Guest access All areas in the apartment are accessible and can be used. As well as the common areas of the building (parking lot and garden). Other things to note Since many of you have asked: the swimming pool is just a short walk away; you can see it from the balcony, but it is NOT ours, so you need to pay an entrance fee.
