Entire House in Downtown Dartmouth

Entire house on a quiet residential street in downtown Dartmouth. Close to all amenities and the harbour ferry to Halifax. HRM reg # P202409111-002 The space Hi, Our two story house is on a quiet residential street in downtown Dartmouth. It is a 15 minute walk along the ocean to the Ferry Terminal. The ferry takes 12 minutes and lands in the heart of downtown Halifax. A few minutes to the highway for any adventures outside the city. Off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway. We renovated the house when we moved in a few years ago. Our house has 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two large bedrooms have queen size beds. The third bedroom is small and we use it as an office. It has a new futon to sleep on but it would not be suitable for a couple in our opinion. Main floor has a large living room and a large kitchen/dining area. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Internet/Wifi and the 60"TV is equipped with Prime TV or you can log into your Netflix account. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. A large patio on a treed lot where you can enjoy the sun and watch the birds while barbequing. Extensive flower gardens so you will most likely see the gardener (my husband) and often Monarch butterflies during your stay. Our house has central air conditioning which makes for a good night's sleep or just to take a break from the summer weather. No pets. We do have a cat that visits us from time to time. So if you have a cat allergy this may not be the best place for you. This is our residence and not a "ghost hotel". We spend our time out of the city in the summer so we thought we would try Air BnB so others could enjoy our property and its location. This is our second year. Half of the basement is not accessible because we are using it for storage of all the things that would be in your way. Other things to note - 3 external cameras on the property that are activated at 11pm until 7 in the morning. - a tank of propane is included with your stay.
