Well-decorated and well-equipped apartment, with split air-conditioning in both bedrooms, Wi-Fi and Netflix TV, HBO, Prime Video, Disney Plus, all streaming channels unlocked. The space is very quiet for working/studying or resting. It has a very ventilated balcony with a double hammock for your total rest. Listen to the delightful sound of the waves of the sea with the pleasant breeze providing total relaxation. The apartment has two parking spaces. Guests can use all household utensils and equipment such as a hairdryer, blender, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, wine cellar and toaster. The kitchen is complete for your total convenience, with glasses, plates, cutlery, cups, pots, pans, baking sheets, wine glasses and a wine opener. Access to the unit is made through an electronic lock for your convenience and security. The apartment is most comfortable for up to 4 people. It can accommodate up to 5 guests. We have a double bed, a bunk bed and an extra bed. The living room sofa is a sofa bed and both bedrooms have closets. Within a 5-minute walk, the guest will have access to a beach hut to savor the delicious Bahian cuisine. The energy of the place is fantastic for you to enjoy nature in all its splendor. Guest access Guests are entitled to use all the spaces in the apartment, as well as the common areas of the condominium, such as the adult and children's pool, playground, two pergolas, two showers, ice maker, beer maker, cooler, poolside bathroom and barbecue grill. The latter is for shared use and requires an advance reservation, which is made when requested by the owner. For your convenience, the Village has a beach access deck. Other things to note The use and circulation of any glass utensils (bottles, cups, plates, bowls, etc.) in the pool and common areas is strictly prohibited. For this purpose, we provide plastic and acrylic utensils. Clotheslines are not allowed on the balcony, nor are towels and clothes hanging on the balcony sill. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or in the common areas of the condominium, including electronic cigarettes. You cannot use the barbecue grill on the balcony. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS! Failure to comply with the above items is subject to a fine by the condominium and will be passed on to the guest. I request that the maximum number of guests allowed by the owner not be exceeded. We ask that you not put wet towels on sofas, chairs and cushions. And do not sit on the sofa and beds while wet. Before leaving the apartment for check-out, please collect the garbage and wash the dishes you used. No need to store. Accidents can happen, but if you break any utensils, i.e. damage them, please replace the part, and let us know. The tenant may not receive outside visitors, only guests who are accommodated in the unit. Items found in the living room china cabinet are for the owner's exclusive use.
