A beautiful home amongst the treetops only a short drive to the most popular spots on the Sunshine Coast. - 5min to Buderim waterfalls and Fisherman road markets - 10min to Cotton tree/Maroochydore beach - 15min to Mooloolaba/Coolum Beach - 30min to Noosa/Eumundi markets/Glasshouse mountains Please note: Although short, the driveway is quite steep and may not be suitable for 2WD's in wet weather. However, there is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. The space A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Bedroom 1 can either be set up as a king bed or two singles (subject to notice given, standard is 2 singles). Bedroom 2 and 3 are queen beds. Open plan kitchen and lounge, opening to a large entertaining area on the deck. Bathroom with separate toilet. Please note that there is a garage downstairs that will be locked off and unaccessible during your stay. No one will be in this space while guests visit. There is a laundry available for guests. We provide hotel grade linen & towels. Each bedroom & also the lounge room have own air conditioner and a fan. There is a large outside seating open area patio, facing the pool. The pool is a standard size - 4500 L - 7m x 4m and 2m deep. Other things to note Although short, the driveway is quite steep and may not be suitable for 2WD's in wet weather. However, there is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. The downstairs bedroom and garage will be locked off during your stay. No one will be using this space.
