This cabin is a peaceful hideaway with spectacular mountain views tucked into a wooded cove. The hot tub along with the aura of tranquility will provide an oasis after a day of hiking, skiing or snowboarding. It’s an easy 5 minutes to Belleayre Ski Mountain and if looking to work from home, there is high speed wifi available as well as clear cellphone signals at the location. The space LIVING ROOM Equipped with a pellet stove for those cold nights, a smart tv, a bluetooth speaker system to play your own music and comfy sofas to sit back, put your legs up and relax. The oversized window allows you to take in the spectacular mountain view. Use the binoculars to peep birds, deer and wild turkeys or engage in PlayStation nostalgia by firing up the PlayStation 1 console. FULL KITCHEN Includes stainless steel stove with griddle and oven, coffee maker/pot for large groups, large fridge, microwave, tea kettle, and toaster. DINING ROOM Adjoining the kitchen, it has a large 6 seat wood dining table. MASTER BEDROOM Has an ensuite bathroom, Queen sized memory foam mattress and windows that face the stunning mountain view and forest. There is a TV equipped with a Roku device for streaming. BEDROOM 2 Cozy Queen sized memory foam mattress along with a full closet. BEDROOM 3 Full sized memory foam mattress along with a full closet with windows facing the tranquil forest. BATHROOMS Supplied with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash with each bathroom containing a tub. DECK Watch the sunrise from the deck that overlooks a mountainous horizon. A large patio furniture set sits right next to the BBQ grill, ready for outdoor grilling and dining. A 6 person hot tub sits in the lower deck that's the perfect remedy to a cold day or a long day of adventuring. The decks are illuminated by solar string lights that turn on as the sun sets. OUTDOOR FIREPIT At night, light a fire in the firepit and get cozy on the Adirondack chairs. Roast some s'mores or even bring the grill from the BBQ down to try some wood fired meals. SIDE LAWN Just off the side of the house leads to a short hiking trail in the back of the house NEIGHBORHOOD The house feels remote but you are only 10 minutes from the town of Margaretville with everything you need from groceries, restaurants, a CVS to boutique stores. Phoenicia is only 20 mins away and Woodstock is 40 mins away. Belleayre Ski Mountain is only 5 minutes away while Hunter Mountain is about 40 minutes. Other things to note The house is situated as the last house on a maintained but unpaved road. As you pull off the main road onto the private drive, your enchanting journey in the Catskills will truly begin but please note that should there be snowfall on the forecast, you will likely need a 4x4 car or snow chains. The plowman comes to plow the road if we receive more than 2 inches of snowfall.
