The space This property is located very close to the historic center of Castello de Empuries, a beautiful medieval village, ideal for exploring the beaches or tourist destinations of the Costa Brava, or to enjoy a few more relaxed days, strolling through Castello de Empuries, taking walks or bike rides through the Aiguamolls natural park. The house is very spacious, with large windows that provide lots of natural light. In the basement there is a large games room, with two sofas, a television with internet connection and a ping pong table, ideal for playing. There is also private parking for one vehicle. On the ground floor, there is the hall, with natural light, a bathroom, the washer and dryer room, a bedroom with a full bathroom, and the large dining room with an integrated kitchen. The entire floor has large windows with lots of natural light, and access to the garden and pool. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom, with a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub, and access to two terraces. There are also two bedrooms that share the same full bathroom with shower, ideal for families where adults sleep in one bedroom and children in the other. There is also a large hallway overlooking the house's living room. The rooms have access to the terrace and large windows that provide lots of natural light. Guest access The pool is open year-round, but it is not heated. We have a gas barbecue, as well as 5 sun loungers to enjoy the pool and the sun. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INDICATED IN THE RESERVATION CAN STAY IN THE HOUSE. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS IN THE HOUSE. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO THROW CLOTH TOWELS, SANITARY PADS, TAMPONS, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL CLEANING ITEM THAT IS NOT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS. BREACHING THIS RULE MAY CAUSE CLOGS IN THE PIPE SYSTEM, AND IN ADDITION TO THE INCONVENIENCES IT MAY CAUSE YOU DURING YOUR STAY, IT MAY MEAN A SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL CHARGE FOR YOU. NO NOISE IN THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE HOUSE AFTER 10 PM TO ENSURE THE NEIGHBORS' REST. WE UNDERSTAND THAT A SWIM IN THE POOL AT NIGHT CAN BE VERY NICE, IF YOU DO SO AVOID MAKING NOISE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. EATING AND DRINKING INSIDE THE POOL IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. WE HAVE HIRED A MAINTENANCE TEAM THAT ENSURES THAT THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THEY HAVE A KEY TO THE OUTER GARDEN DOOR, SO THEY MAY ENTER THE GARDEN WHILE YOU ARE RENTING THE HOUSE. THEY NORMALLY COME TO DO THE WORK BETWEEN 7-9 AM. THEY DO NOT HAVE KEYS TO THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE, SO THEY WILL NEVER ENTER THE HOUSE. AS YOU CAN SEE, ALL THE RULES OF THE PROPERTY HAVE TO DO WITH COMMON SENSE, AND ARE THE SAME THINGS THAT WE WOULD DO IF WE STAYED IN YOUR PROPERTY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTING THEM. Regarding the area where the house is located, we want to make the following note: We think our house is located in one of the best areas of Empuriabrava and Castello de Empurias. But both Empuriabrava, Castello de Empuries and the Costa Brava in general, are quite lively areas, very visited especially during the summer months (July, August and September mainly). The house is located in a relatively quiet area, but it is still an urban area. We have schools near the house and quite a few people visit the historic center of Castello de Empurias, which is only a 5-minute walk from the house. Many park in a parking lot that is located right in front of our property. All this has its advantages, but at specific times of the day, especially at the entrance and exit of schools, there may be movement of people and cars in the area where the house is located. Most people enjoy their stay in this spectacular house, but if you are looking for total tranquility for your vacation, both this property and the area where it is located, we think it is not ideal for you!!
