Our home has a beautiful office and ample sleeping space to relax or work remotely. The family room has comfortable sofas and a SmartTV for you to log in with your own internet-based services, like Netflix/Hulu if you wish! In the hallway closet, you will find board and card games to pass the time after a long day exploring this beautiful hidden city gem. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of table settings and the essentials needed to cook a great meal. Quiet Hours 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. (weekend 11 p.m.- 9 a.m.) As this is a residential neighborhood no partying, music, or loud behavior is permitted that will disturb our neighbors. We also request that you are quiet in the driveway when returning late at night. No Smoking Inside the House of Any Kind No Burning of Candles or Incense Guest Access The flat is accessed through a side entrance with a keyless entry system for easy in/out access. Guests will be provided a unique code prior to check-in to use for the duration of their stay. Free street parking can usually be found directly in front of the house The partially finished basement offers a washer/dryer set that is completely free for you to use. We kindly advise that being an older duplex, there may be occasional sounds from the lower unit.
