A private bedroom, With a queen size bed. Smart TV with every station available and Netflix. The fastest internet available. Work space with a desk top Computer. A Full closet, With several shelves. 2 bedside Tables and lamps. — a full private bathroom in the hall. Access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, deck, pool, yard, fire pit and porch! ( of course a private bedroom And private bathroom) During your stay My wife and I live on the property. We have a very sweet golden doodle, named Buddy. He loves people, but He will never go in your room. —-We are rarely home. There will be a lot of times when you will have the house to yourself. You are welcome anywhere upstairs, Or anywhere on the property. ( we have a porch. Deck. Pool. Fire pit. And good sized yard) We live in a very safe and friendly subdivision, that is perfect for walking or exercising! We are just steps from 2 different walking trails and an amazing sports park. —-We will always be available by phone or text 24/7. Other things to note Only a small house trained pet is allowed. (25 lbs or less) and must stay in the rented bedroom, when left alone. ( pets are always welcome to be with you on the property) —-Smoking is outside Only
