Enjoy this quiet oasis with tons of natural light, a huge backyard, spacious living areas, fully-stocked kitchen, a treasure trove of books and games, and more. Spend your mornings sipping coffee from the dedicated coffee bar out on the front deck, or relaxing in the sunroom. The entire first floor is equipped with tons of huge windows and top-down blinds so you can enjoy the natural light and your own privacy. Our fully-modernized kitchen was designed and stocked with serious chefs in mind. Use our gas stove, butcher block, stainless steel and cast iron pots and pans, high-quality knives, utensils, and dishes to cook a meal for the whole family. The kitchen also comes stocked with a rice cooker, immersion blender, two food processors, pressure cooker, whirly pop, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and french press. The pantry is stocked with all the spices and cooking basics you'll need, plus a few extra snacks to get you started. Plus, we're alway stocked with coffee and tea. We have the perfect setup for digital nomads. Get some work done in the office bedroom, equipped with an automated sit-stand desk. This room also features dual monitors with attachments for a Macbook, and a printer. The main floor living room is set up for comfort and human connection, but, when it's time to just chill out, retreat to the cozy couch in the den on the lower floor. Watch a movie on the 65" TV (equipped with Apple TV) or play a game on the PS4. Not in the mood for TV? Read a book or play a board game from our collection (over 100 books and 15 games provided), or spend an afternoon playing the provided guitar and ukulele. If you have kids, they'll enjoy the provided toys as well. End the day with a hot bath in the deep soaking tub or take the best shower of your life in one of our two master bathrooms (our water pressure is very high, and the water gets as hot you'll want it!). There are three bedrooms: one master on the main floor and another master and additional bedroom on the lower floor. All bedrooms feature high quality mattresses and linens. Both bedrooms on the lower floor also feature blackout blinds. And if you prefer a cold bedroom (in addition to quiet and dark), the Nest-controlled A/C can easily get your bedrooms to the perfect temperature. The home has a large finished attic, perfect as a storage area or play area for pets and kids, and the large backyard provides plenty of space for privacy and activities. The backyard is fully fenced in back, and it connects to the front yard via the driveway-side of the house. The house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, and it's a short drive to just about anywhere you'll want to go. It's 10 minutes or less to most downtown bars and restaurants, and, since we're on the West side of Denver, getting out to the mountains is quick and easy. We don't allow smoking, but we are pet friendly. Dogs and cats welcome! You will have access to the entire property except for the garage, located in back. We'll keep in touch via chat on the AirBnB app, and we're always available to assist with the house or give recs on places to go and things to do (we have tons - check out our guidebook!).
