Skyview Lodging specializes in efficiency units making staying away from home stress free. Staying true to our name a beautiful farm & sky view can be seen from each of our units. Whether you're working close by or just coming to relax & get away we have designed this space to accommodate rest & relaxation. Each unit has a spacious kitchen, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, nice furniture, private bedroom, washer/dryer & smart TV's w/ Directv. You should have everything you need for your stay! The space One bedroom total electric condo with sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen, nice bathroom with walk in shower, laundry area with W&D in each unit. Fans in bedroom and living room. Nice views, quiet area. Located 2 mi from I-35 and 0.5 miles from the WW CVR refinery. Other things to note We have a few rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels added after each cleaning but once those are out it’s up to the occupant to purchase more for the remainder of their stay. We also provide a few laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, and hand soap in our units. If staying longer than 28 days we require our house keeper to clean the unit at least once a month for a $100 fee paid by the long term occupant. No exceptions! That will have to be pre paid to the host before via an app.
