Sleeps two adults in queen bed and two shorter adults or kids on couch and day-bed. Just west of Wasatch front hiking trails and a straight shot up to Millcreek canyon. 10 minutes drive to local restaurant hot-spot Sugarhouse, with a variety on your way there. - NO SMOKING The space The condo opens to a living room and open kitchen. Past the first door is a laundry-room with a tower washer and dryer. Another door hides the shower and toilet, for privacy. To the left you'll find the bedroom, which can be shut for privacy with a sliding door. Guest access Coin washer and dryer are just below the unit in a secure, code access laundromat for larger items like duvets. On site covered parking for unit. Other things to note This is a non-smoking unit. Any evidence of cigarette or herb smoking will be charged as damages to the unit.
