Cozy 3-bedroom-Pet friendly, Near Resort/Hiking

Take a break from the hustle of life and unwind at this peaceful mountain townhome! This cozy home is within 30 minutes of many great hikes, wineries, restaurants and gems of the Shenandoah Valley. Being just minutes from Bryce Resort and Lake Laura, the area hosts many outdoor activities to enjoy year round! The space Bryce Resort: 5 minutes Lake Laura: 5 minutes Shenandoah Caverns: 20 minutes Luray Caverns: 45 minutes James Madison University: 45 minutes Eastern Mennonite University: 45 minutes Skyline Drive/Shenandoah National Park: 1 hour ***This home is pet friendly therefore we do not recommend guests book if you have extreme allergies to dogs or cats. We do our best to ensure the home is adequately cleaned between each guest but cannot guarantee all pet hair be removed from the home. The townhouse is a 2-story home in a quiet neighborhood in Basye, Virginia. It is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, in-unit laundry and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups and more. We highly recommend shopping prior to your trip as the property is located 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There are some cooking basics in the cabinet such as spices and oil. Other items provided include a toaster, blender, microwave, drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The main floor includes a living space with a Roku TV and a pellet stove for colder nights, a dining table that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air. The washer and dryer can be found just off of the dining area with detergent for guest use during the stay. This home can sleep 6 total people. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed and adjoining ensuite with a standing shower. The two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom with a tub. Both bathrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The neighborhood is very quiet, not much foot or car traffic. We do have a quiet neighbor that lives next door full-time. We do ask that guests respect our neighbors and keep the noise down during quiet hours. We are not physically on the property but only 30 minutes away if any issues arise. We try to tend to such matters in a timely fashion to keep your trip running smoothly therefore are available via phone at any time. Other things to note We are dog friendly and love allowing guests to bring their pets along with them. We do have some breed restrictions for insurance purposes. Those include the following: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull), Chow, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shar-pei, Wolf Hybrid or any mixed predominantly with a listed breed
