The space - Best Sunsets on the Island! - 1/2 mile to ocean! - 24' boat lift for preapproved guests (must sign liability waiver and provide refundable security deposit) - This is the bottom floor of a duplex. - The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in and has everything you could possibly need. - Comfortably sleeps 6. - Outdoor shower for your use. - Smart tvs - 2 SUPs in garage for guest use and more can be rented locally and launched from the dock at the house. - Washer/Dryer - Outdoor Shower - Directly across the street from Wrightsville Beach Park with playground, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, exercise classes, summer concerts, farmers market, and more! Guest access The whole place is yours! Use of the boat lift requires guest to sign a waiver of liability, and provide a refundable security deposit. Other things to note Fireplace isn't operational so please do not attempt to use. We will leave a bag of supplies upon your arrival with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, small bars of handsoap, and a few trash bags . Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay. Outdoor Gas Grill is shared with upstairs unit (**please clean after use, propane is to be filled by guests**) We have a drip coffee maker, please bring along your favorite coffee :)
