The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc. - A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×190) and a bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding). - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other things to note - Two other accommodations are available on the same plot, and can be booked for up to 14 people. - For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with security devices (surveillance cameras on the parking lots and swimming pool) - Bed linen and towels included (except beach and baby towels) - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
