This is a one-story house, but there is a closet, bath, and washroom between the 8-tatami-mat Japanese-style room and the 8-tatami-mat Japanese-style room, and the two Japanese-style rooms are separated. If you are booking for 1 to 4 people, you will use one bedroom. For 5 to 8 people, you will use two bedrooms. Also, when a group of 1-4 people stays, another group of 1-4 people may also be staying, and bathing may be on a time schedule. If two rooms are used by 5 or more people, we will charge a separate cleaning fee of 1,000 yen. Please note that the host lives in this house at all times and offers a vacant room. Since it was built 16 years ago, it is barrier-free and you can move freely throughout the building in an electric wheelchair. The space Each room has a veranda between the two tatami-sized wooden floorboards. We have recently replaced the tatami mats, sliding doors, and shoji screens with new ones. Each room overlooks Shinaka Bay and Shinaka Beach. We have also opened the🌸 cafe, Sakura. We can provide simple meals and drinks. Guest access There is a living room, bathroom, sun room, and a large courtyard on the ocean side. Other things to note Food and beverages can be brought in. You can use the kitchen freely, but there will be a separate charge of 2,000 yen. Fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas table (3 burners), gas oven, microwave, and toaster. Please use the necessary number of cooking utensils and dishes. You can have a barbecue outdoors. We can lend you a barbecue stove (with grate, iron plate, and tongs). Barbecue stoves are also included in the kitchen fee. However, please bring your own charcoal. I will dispose of the raw garbage, but empty bottles, I would like you to take home your empty plastic bottles, cardboard boxes, and garbage. Thank you for your cooperation.
