Summer idyll close to the city!

Small house with large garden. The house has one bedroom, one library/guest room, living room, work kitchen, office and bathroom. The garden is large and private. There is a swimming pool, small gas grill, pergola with dining area and greenhouse. It is located in Storvreta, just outside Uppsala. To the river with swimming area and beach volleyball courts, it is about 200 meters. There is good public transportation. The space The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a combined library/guest room with two single beds, a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and fireplace, a work kitchen, office (with piano), a bathroom and a small extra toilet. Guest access The whole house except for a closet. Other things to note A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, which is accessed via a staircase on the outside.
