High-speed wifi, dedicated work space, and the peaceful quiet created by the sound-dampening adobe walls make this a perfect WFH (away from home) base, while central location and a fully equipped kitchen make the space a perfect spot to relax after exploring the town. Casa Calma is especially close to the majority of restaurants, as well as the best coffee shops and Marfa's unique gem store. The space Casa Calma has been thoughtfully put together to balance a minimalist aesthetic and warm rustic elements. The house is peacefully quiet thanks to the original adobe walls, and the dappled light that streams in through the reclaimed doors and windows adds a sense of uplifting calm. This unique one bedroom home is stylish and well outfitted for a couple or couple of friends - the daybeds can host a third and fourth guests upon request, for an additional $45/night per extra guest. High Speed internet and a designated work space make this listing ideal for those who want to be able to work comfortably while in Marfa, and we do consider longer stays for those who want to travel out for 30+ day residencies. The house features a cozy one bedroom with full bed and natural fiber bedding, a living room, dining room, fully outfitted kitchen, front porch, back fenced in yard that is pet friendly, and a zellige tiled shower/bath. If you are interested in an early check in or late check out, please message us! When possible for our housekeeping team to accommodate, we offer early check ins or late check out for a $50 fee.
