The two bedrooms are very spacious, with ample cupboard space, comfy King size beds with quality linen and block out curtains perfect for lazy holiday sleep ins. The main bedroom has a 43inch tv too! The two bathrooms have either a bath or shower with good water pressure perfect for a steamy shower after a long beach day. The patio has table and chairs for sundowner drinks with sea and mountain views. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. The apartment is located in a building with other apartments in the building. The building entrance has 24 hour security guards with CCTV monitoring which is uninterrupted by loadshedding. Other things to note South Africa has loadshedding from time to time which means there are planned times where there is no electricity. This property has rechargeable lightbulbs and battery operated light sufficient for lighting. The WiFi is run by a battery pack and so it will remain on during loadshedding. And the property is located close to many restaurants that still run during loadshedding due to back up generators. During the limited loadshedding hours which usually run for 2 hours a day, there will be no elevator access and you will be required to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Cape Town is extremely windy during certain months of the year but us Capetonians are used to it!
