Vin Dimora Suites - Bianco Suite The space Vino Bianco Suite is a private apartment of one of the three apartments in the complex. The apartment is a stone house with historical character and special architectural design which has been photographed by a plethora of architectural magazines. It has all the necessary equipment you'll need for your stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen , with an oven ,fridge and freezer , kitchen utensils , hot plates , toaster ,coffee maker with capsules and a kettle. There is also a living room with sofa and flat TV , private bathroom with shower, toilet , sink and free physical care accessories. The bedroom includes a double bed with a mattress and a mattress topper and a special piece of furniture for suitcases , a clothes rack, an iron and ironing board, shelves and a mirror, and a private outdoor balcony with a coffee table and chairs. On the outside of the apartment there is an outdoor shared courtyard with the other two neighboring apartments of the complex and a shared pool 1.40 meters deep, which requires supervision of parents when used by children. There are also lounging chairs next to the pool and an outdoor coffee table with chairs and an outdoor shared shower. The village square with all the bars, taverns , supermarkets and cafes is just a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. There is parking in front of the accommodation only for loading/unloading suitcases and equipment upon arrival and departure, after instructions we send you you can park for free on a shared street quite close to the accommodation. FROM 01/01/2024 the NEW environmental tax imposed by the Greek State, which amounts to 1.50 euros per Day has been imposed. It is paid directly to the owner only in cash or through a link we will send. Guest access Guests can access them on foot and by car in a special space in front of the accommodation which is pronounced briefly upon arrival and departure for loading / unloading suitcases and equipment , afterwards you can park near a public shared street in the area. Parking instructions in the area will be given if you need from us. Other things to note The pool is shared (3 sets). It doesn't have a lifeguard. It has a height of 1.40 and requires supervision of the children. Use is allowed from 09.30-19.00 and respect for other tenants is required. No parties- No visit from a pool manager for non-usement hours of a pool. There is also a need for quiet especially between 14.00-17.30 where there is a law in the country for quiet hours.
