Blu Caprice Villa

This is a new villa just rebuilt in 2024, it is a unique place the only one of the area with direct steps to the beach. As the villa is located closer to the beach in a lower position comparing to the road level it's only possible to reach it with 70 steps for this reason this place is not suggested to family with children or to people not able to do many steps. All rooms are air conditioned except for the veranda. The space All rooms of the villa are with seaview including the kitchen. Bedrooms are built as hotel rooms with ensuite bathroom, the topfloor bedroom has also a veranda with a seaview bathtub and hanging chair.
