The space In a very quiet area, a house-apartment (semi-detached with 2 other cottages) in an old farm "Gîtes Les Landes en Touraine-Berry", equipped, on the ground floor, with a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cooking equipment, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Next to this room is a TV living room furnished with a sofa bed, which can sleep two additional people, and a dining table. Upstairs, two bedrooms all with a double bed (140 cm) and one with an extra single bed. On the landing, a single bed for one person. Also upstairs, the bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Each cottage overlooks a private screened terrace outside, with a garden table and barbecue. Welcome between Touraine and Berry! Here our luxury is calm and I prefer to warn you: we live in great luxury! It is in this beautiful farm, which we have restored, that my friend and I welcome you with simplicity and good humor in one of our 3 functional and comfortable cottages. With a certain taste for the life of "gentlemen farmers", we also raise some animals including donkeys and the unmissable Gélines de Touraine. The natural and preserved environment of Les Landes en Touraine-Berry cottages is particularly suitable for outdoor sports that we also love to practice alone or in a group of friends. Here, hiking, running, mountain biking (mountain biking and mountain biking) or racing bike trails start at the doorstep of your vacation home.
