The loft: -2 queen memory foam beds -lounge area by the loft balcony The master bedroom: - private bedroom features one king size memory foam bed -skylight Bathroom: -beautiful walk in shower with built in bench -vegan and eco friendly body wash, shampoo, and conditioner always stocked Kitchen: -fully stocked kitchen supplies featuring green pans -brand new appliances and countertop -oven with air frying capability -French press, coffee grinder, and drip coffee maker -hydroviv water filters hooked up to the kitchen sink and the refrigerator for the cleanest water! Living room: -70” smart tv with HBOmax, ESPN, HULU, and Disney+ -Extra large cozy couch- also used for an extra bed -record player with records -board games galore! Outside: -fire pit -grill -outdoor furniture -1.22 acres of wooded area to explore! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor facilities Other things to note -We are in a remote area surrounded by trees. Although Starlink satellite wifi is usually very fast and reliable, there is a chance that the wifi may be spotty. We provide a dvd player and a small collection of dvds if the streaming services are buffering. -As always with a remote mountain cabin, there is a chance you will see wildlife. We provide bear horns in the cabin just in case although we have never personally seen any. We also pay for pest services, but being a hobbit hole in the middle of the woods, there’s always a chance you’ll see a bug or two. -The trash bin for the home is located near the entrance of the neighborhood (a few minutes drive down the mountain). Trash cannot be left outside due to wildlife. We do ask that all guests bring their trash to the neighborhood bins when the inside bin is full to deter inside pests. Garbage found or left outside is a 250$ fee.
